by 1. Every Manager must come from the Country that he/she represents.
2. Every Country can have a manager or a collaboration of managers.
3. Every Country can send only a song per month, if the manager(s) doesn't/don't submit a song until the given deadline, they will be desqualified for that month.
4. The Entries
-must have been released in the last 8 months.
-Singers must have the citizenship, spent the majority of their life or made their career in the country they are representing.
- Duos need to have at least one singer who is from the country they are representing.
-Foreign “featured” singers are allowed.
- Bands need to be from the country they are representing. The maximum of band members not from the country they are representing is 2.
5. Voting System: 12, 10, 08, 07, 06, 05, 04, 03, 02, 01 (Top10).
6. Managers send their song and vote every month.
- If a manager doesn't vote for a month, he/she loses 12 points for that month.
- If he/she doesn't vote for 2 continual months,he/she leaves the NewBest without warning.
- If he/she doesn't vote for second time, but not continuously, managers will decide if they will give him/her one more chance or not.Next time,he/she will leave without warning.
- If he/she doesn't send a song for 2 continual months, he/she leaves the NewBest without warning.
- If he/she send a song that does not follow the rules, even if we realise it later, he/she will take -12 points in the current month.
7. We can do the contest, if there are at least 10 countries.
8. +5 points to the manager that add a new manager from another country in the NewBest.
